
Keyloop Takes Top Spot at Motor Trader Golf Day
On July 1st, 2025, Keyloop demonstrated exceptional teamwork and golfing prowess by winning the coveted title at the Motor Trader Golf Day held at The Brabazon in Sutton Coldfield. With an impressive score of 89 points, Keyloop's team took the spotlight amongst notable competitors in the automotive industry.
The winning quartet included Keyloop's Captain Tim Smith, who also excelled individually by winning the Nearest to Pin competition on the 7th hole. His team comprised Oliver Gurney, Freddie Staines, and Nick Evans, all of whom contributed to the team's overall triumph.
Notable Individual Achievements
The excitement of the day extended beyond the team win. Matt Hough shone brightly, clinching two accolades for Longest Drive on the 3rd and 16th holes, solidifying his place as a standout performer. Not to be overlooked, Jamie Stidwell and Ben Adam Boyd Brown also made their mark by winning Nearest to Pin at the 14th and 10th holes, respectively.
A Fundraising Highlight
A key initiative during the event was the charity effort by Wendy Swaine from cap hpi, who raised just under £1000 for the industry charity Ben at the 10th hole. This fundraising holds particular significance, reflecting the community's commitment to supporting industry colleagues in need.
